Bad Halloween Event

I was at the popular Trail of Terror this last Saturday and I would like to bring it to someones attention how they are running things down there. We paid $15 to get into this place that I had been to on several past Halloweens and I was very satisfied with how things were presented. However, this last year was not the same. Several of my friends and myself went there only to stand in line for 3 hours to ride a ride that was not worth the money. The place is willing to keep the event open until everyone has gotten a chance to do all the events they have down there. The problem with that is the actors are so tired by the time the last customers are able to finally get on the ride, that they really don't seem to care how they represent the trail. I understand that things like this can happen when there are only two such events that happen in the cities, but they should have notified customers, at the time they were going to purchase their tickets, how long the wait was to get on the most popular rides. Let's say someone had paid for their ticket, realized how long the lines were and decided they did not want to waste their time waiting for something that will probably be mediocre, they should have been entitled to a full refund as they did not partake of any of the rides. That is not the case at this place. You could have paid the money, decided you did not want to do any of the rides and they would not give you a refund. I do not believe this is a good way for a business to be running. We tried to ask someone how we could go about getting a refund and they said that was not possible as they do not give out refunds. I believe this event should limit the number of people they allow to enter. I would much rather have been turned away because they were already full, then wait in line for so long and waste my time freezing my butt off for a very disappointing experience.
