I bought a Sofa and Recliner from the Mount Pleasant Sofa Super Store. I called them 2X to have someone come out and look at because the cushions wouldn't stay on the couch due to velcro problems. The technican came out and said he could probably fix the problem by adding additional velco strips to the bottom of the cushion. I told him I didn't think this would work but let him do it his way since he works for Sofa Super Store. He tells me he will have to order the covers and it will probably be a coule of weeks but would call after he gets them and adds the additional strip. I didn't hear from him for quite some time so I called him and he indicated that he had them back but was putting on the extra velcro. We made the appointment for him to come back the following week. He returned with the covers and replaced them. Days after her left the cushions were doing the same thing. Not staying on the couch and the extra velco he added started to roll up. I only wish now that I had never done business with them and I will never do business with them again. They told me that as far as they are concerned the issue is closed. They did what was required of them and it must be a manufacturing issue. I never had asked for any money back, I just wanted to switch it out for something else that the cushions would stay on. I was very disappointed in their professionalism in handling this issue.
