
Bad Food

To Whom it may concern, I am writing this message in the hopes that I may be directed to a proper organization in order to make a formal complaint about a local business customer service. It seems that no where can I find a proper channel to do this or to get help. Basically this is what happened: We ordered 2 pizzas from Rapid Pizza, located in Garsington, Oxford. The pepperoni was not pepperoni and the meat was bad. We called and asked for a refund and for someone to pick up the remaining pizza. Customer service just wanted to argue with us and make accusations. The person on the phone actually told us that we should remove the bad meat and eat the rest of the pizza. He also argued telling us that the meat was pepperoni sausage. - IT WAS NOT PEPPERONI SAUSAGE!!!! There were four of us and we know what pepperoni sausage looks and tastes like. We were finally promised a call from the manager, but by 9:30pm we had to call them again. We were accused of 'bad taste' and told we just didn't like their pizza. We were also told that if the meat was bad don't eat it. They were not going to give us a refund. We were finally offered a new pizza but by then it was late, people had left and we were not about to eat another one of their pizzas. Customer Service is suppose to help customers not argue with them. We wish to make a formal complaint and let other people know about this company before they waste their time and money with them. Getting help in this matter is almost impossible and we doubt that we will ever get compensation - What would be great is if people did not buy from this company - afterall, there are many other pizza places out there that do have good customer service.... Please direct me to the proper organization where I can make that complaint. Todd
