bad flooring

Halifax Insurance was going to replace my floor that was damaged from water damage caused by the kitchen sink pipe that busted and flooded my house well professional adjustment group of morganton,nc said the flooring didnt need replaced and the contractor put my floor down and now its warped and has knotty places in it well I called doug at halifax insurance a couple of times and complained to his voice mail and havent heard a thing back from them after a couple of times complaining and this isnt the first time i have had problems getting my house fixed out of them so good advice STAY AWAY FROM HALIFAX INSURANCE GROUP.
