Bad Family Members

I am the (Admin.) of my deceased mother's estate and I have a family member who is so jealous and trying to hender the sale of my deceased mother's property!....she has done everything she can to stop the sell, she even went as far as threaten my real estate agent where she finally voided my contract!...and this situaion is landing in court!...I don't want to take my family to court but I do have a (Responsibility) as the Aministratrix of my mother's estate to make the right decisions!.....Ps. Can't pick your family, but you can pick your friends!....Beware!
