bad dish washer

My $1300 Fisher Paykel dishwasher is a piece of junk. Neither Fisher Paykel nor tbe seller Percy's Appliance of Worcester Massachusetts nor the service provider, Suzor Electronics of Athol Massachusetts have been able to repair the appliance and are now telling me that the manufacturer is refusing to honor their warrantee. This machine has not worked proprrly since early April 2006 after 20 months of use. We have had at least 6 service calls since April and still do not have an opperating dishwasher. The seller, Percy's Appliancs of Worcester has been less than helpful and has provided no support and no recourse.
