bad customer service

MERCEDES Customer service, was terrible this morning, I bought a pair of snow chains for a mercedes car at the Mercedes Chelsea £500.00, nobody could put the chains on the weels, experts in snow chains in Verbier try to help us with it, and it didn't work. The customer service Guy (chris)told me this morning, it not of my bussiness I didn't sell it to you, I know they don't fIt properly, but I didn't sell it to you, the person who sold the chains to us, at the time is not working here any more and I DON'T CARE, WE ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE YOU USED THE CHAINS already... My replay was that I tried to put the Mercedes snow chains, but it didn't work, of course they look used the car went in top of it, but never drove away with them. He said I know they are difficult to put but, I used them on trucks and trailers and I put them my self when I use to live in Nevada!!!!!, I said but you have to give me a solution to the problem, how can I use then the chains if they don't fit in the whells, he said I know, but there is nothing to do about it, I din't sell it to you is not my problem MERCEDES is supossed to be a first quality brand, but not this person, no this dealer not this customer service, they do not know, what is the meening of customer service, Mercedes fail to give me an answer to my problem, to begin with you don't sell a product that does'nt work. MERCEDES is not a company you can trust, nobody should be going to them and remember do not buy snow chains Mercedes doesn't know how to do proper snow chains, you can die in the middle of the mountains trying to put the Mercedes chains, with a cue of cars behind you, waiting for you to get out of the way, MERCEDES HAS A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY PROVE IT TO ME THIS MORNING.
