
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our pool filter, which is still under warranty, is not working. We called for service, but no service man could come for 7 days. This is summertime and a pool in the summer can go green very quickly. When the service man came he took the filter apart and said it needed a new motor and impeller and seals. He would have to go to the nearest pool shop to get the parts. He came back about 45 min later and said the shop did not have the parts on hand and they would order them. As soon as the parts came in someone would give us a call and schedule a service call. After waiting another week we called to find out the status of our order only to find out that the pool shop says they have no record of our order placed by the service man. We have made several calls, one to the service mananger and cannot get anyone to return our calls or speak to anyone who can help us remedy this situation. And our pool get greener by the day.
