bad complexion

i have a very bad complexion. when i was younger i had beautiful clear skin but over the years it's become blotchy and full of pimples. i can't stop picking them and it's making me look like a pin custion. i tried antibiotic from the doctor but nothing works. i hate it and this is my complaint.
