Every time I see something that reminds me of that moment in my life my stomache does flips, my heart sags, and I feel like my world could end any minute. I was so stupid. That's why I'll prove now, more than ever, how much I love him, trust him, and want him to love and trust me in return. I hope we last forever.

People often need that 'wake up call' in order to see that changing would be better for them. Always hang onto the things you cherish and do what it takes to keep it.
