I have a savings acount for my daughter, this is to make sure that the education that i have given my daughter will not be wasted when she gets to her teens and has no money to pay for uni fees. My complaint is that, when i got my council tax reveiw back they have taken her money in acount which in turn i can not now afford to save for her. So what are the goverment saying, that we can not make the next generation of youg people richer. our goverment is so back to front it's untrue- please someone e-mail me and tell me where i can get some1 to notice where the goverment are going wrong-elgayler04@aol.com thank you
