back of the bus

i understand the sensitivty about sitting in the back of the bus by black people. in my situation i have no black students on my bus. ALL of the kids want to sit in the back and they whine when they aren't the ones that are assigned to a back seat. i put the ones i can trust to the back (the kids can be sneaky) i would be concerned that if i did have a black child and put him or her in the back i would be in trouble. i would use my same reasoning for choosing any child. i would be concerned that some how i might have to defend my reasoning.
