Brought B&Q kitchen in August, delivered November 3rd , to be installed November 6th - 16th. Took day off, Monday I waited and waited ... rang B&Q to be advised fitter is 2 weeks behind on current job. Kitchen is upside with all the applicances downstairs hallway blocked with them, my disabled mum of 82 is restrcitec to upstairs . B&Q are not returning my calls.
