Ed Padilla, the registered owner of B E Contracting, is unqualified to operate his business. He knows nothing about sod placement, sheetrocking,or electrical requirements. He will promise to get the job done but he will milk you and his other clients for an hourly rate that he does not earn. He will not keep his word. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
