I am absolutely fed-up with not being able to speak to a person when you call a public works company. First you have to listen to a looong list of options and when and if they even cover what you are seeking, you are then directed to another series of options. The ultimate though is, perservering through 10 menus only to be cut-off at the end, because you've entered an incorrect number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
