I was advised By April Dunlop's Saloon that a package of six Aculight treatments were guaranteed to be enough to permanently remove my bikini line hair, I was advised that I would probably four would be enough and I could use two of them to begin on my armpit hair (I was not bothered about this areas though). They said at worst there may be one or two hairs left but they would be smaller or distorted. However, after 6 treatments I did not loose one hair at any time. Also I would pay for a babysitter and taxi and find that my appointments had been rubbed out and someone else was being seen so I would have to go home and attempt to mae another appointment. I have darkish hair and was told I was an ideal candidate. When no hairs fell out they said the machine was not set right. They avoided dealing with Trading Standards but sent a letter saying they advised me thought I would need 12-24 treatments which I would not have agreed to as I would never have that sort of money. I developed an awful long term rash immediately after an Aculight treatment. They will not refund me and sent me a copy of the signed agreement where it says no refunds are possible. They ignore my telephone calls. Pam.
