Banks think they have a right to move money around with out advising you and when you complain and ask for a meeting they completely ignore your request. The attitude of staff working for banks these days are a real problem and customers are not treated with any respect. They also just add charges, but customers cannot charge them for letters, phone calls or time taken to sort problems out
