at&t cel.faults billing

I swiched from AT&T cel sevice to Sprint in Jan 04. AT&T billed me for the next month + at a full price . They call me a layer telling me that I was still using there service when I had allready paid Sprint for that billing period . AT&T claims that it is impossible to be billed by them while using a Sprint phone and Sprint has not help , however there sevice is better and 1/2 the cost of AT&T . I had AT&T for 8 + years and paid them $10,000.00 during that time. At the time I switched I owed AT&T about $700.00 which I would have paid untill I was over billed $1200.00 and spent hours on the phone and going to the AT&T stor several times trying to resolve this matter . I am now being sued by AT&T for $2400.00
