Customer service calls, of which I have placed 8, ended with custoemr care representatives telling me - No, you don't want that plan! - Do you just want to disconnect? - Only new customers can get that price, but if you upgrade you phone plan $30 we can lower your DSL$10 - You're getting a bad signal because you are too far from the central office, (same rep same conversation) you are on fiber optic line so switching companies won't help you - And, my number one favorite - no one else can provide you service if we are in your neighborhood (my neighbors have surewest)
