Administator and nurse at an assisted living has made me and my husband feel as though we are 2nd class citizens compared to them. Was not like this when we talked to them before admitting our parents, they were great then, but after admission, their attitudes and rules changed. We are asked to make appointment before a visit, told me I was rude for saying 'my nephew's wife', I meant no disrespect at all, but administrator told me that I was rude by saying this. I don't believe a word they say now. I have no respect for this kind of person. Has anyone experienced this problem?
