house has been on market for 8 weeks and has not been shown one time ! I have had open house for 8 weekends in a row and get good turnouts and everyone loves the house and no complaints of price or anything. assit2sell is waiting for me to go MLS so they can split the commissions even though they state 'friends don't let friends pay 6%.
