I purchased a sofa / loveseat from Ashley Fruniture in Millville NJ. One month after owning it the end of my sofa totaly collapsed! I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue and still to this date with no availe. My first call was on Tuesday November 7th. it is now Monday November 20th! I can't even have Thanksgiving at my home because I have no sofa to sit on! I am so frustrated dealing with these people I bought the furniture from Ashley Furniture but the service department that I have been dealing with is Value City. All I want if for someone to fix my sofa!
