I am in the U. S. Army been in for over 3 years signed a 4 year contract so its about over. i have been trying so hard to get out for over a year now. tried medical i have asthma and a cyst on my right wrist and i am still in. went into total debt of 20,000 dollars which is affecting my attitude and appeal and i am still in. i went to my NCO and told him i want out what do i have to do he acted to want to help but no he changed duty stations later and i am still in. i then disrespected my new NCO, was AWOL for a day, and neglected duty and now a total of $500 less of an income which really messed up my debt issue 14 days hard labor worked 630AM to midnight for 2 weeks strait and i also got the next rank down but i am still in. i went to my commanding officer and first sergeant and told them both i have had enough i cant take the soldier life anymore i want out even if it takes losing my benefits i still got nowhere. finally got a psychiatric discharge possibly in the works not sure suppose to take 6 months to process waiting for it now. i just want to cut my losses and go home. the army processes, structure, and much much more is so bull shit/stupidly ran they know but it is army regulations so we will continue on without a fight but then again that is what a soldiers job is fight. they try so much to make them bitchs anymore and it works fuck it im done you want more complain about it!
