Ariston's appalling service

I bought an Ariston washing machine 5 months ago and it has broken and they wont fix it as they say it was my fault but everyone who has since seen the machine has said that the damage they say was caused by a 5 pence peice could not have possible happened. I am now left with a washing machine that would cost more to fix than replace and the worst of it is that i dont think the engineer even found a coin in the machine
