Argos customer services

After several weeks talking to almost all of the Argos cusomer services people I have now resolved to this. What a complete and utter waste of time. The best line they have is sorry and call you back within the hour. I dont even have to give an order number any longer!!!!! But, it wont stop here. And I wont shop there again.
