Recently took out a mortgage with Arbor Mortage--started out oh ya we can get you a 60,000 loan for around 600 a month payments. Next think I knew at closing I ended up with a 40,000 loan, 10,000 in closing costs, and over 700 a month payments and only getting 12000 in cash because of extra that came up!!!
