
Apple computers certified tecs aren't trusted by A

I bought an Apple Macbook about a month ago and have hadplace trouble with it since day one. Apple refuses to replace it until it is sent in at least 3 times for the same problem (at a week or two per pop). It has already been to a Apple certified tech 3 times, and the factory once, but according to Apple's customer service supervisors, the certified techs are not qualified enough to determine the extent of the problem, or verify the need for a replacement. Further, they feel replacement is unwarrented, as the problem should be fixable. So we spent 1500.00 for a computer that has never worked correctly, and the company refuses exchange it or refund it, but will keep trying to recondition it. Apples bite!
