Apartment from hell!!

Here's the deal. My patio door was busted with a rock by someone I know. The person was not invited to my place nor did I know he was there doing that (I was at work). There was absolutly no way for me to control the situation. I reported the issue to the office for repair & offered to pay for the damages. I also filed a report with the Sherriff's Department. Next thing I know, Stephanie (Manager) is threatening an immediate termination due to violation of crime free rules. To avoid an eviction being filed against me, I am forced to pack & move my entire apartment in under 4 hours. I turned in my keys before closing that same day. They are keeping my entire June rental payment (after forcing me to leave on June 6th!), charging me a 'Buyout Fee' of near $1,000, & most likely will stick me for the patio door repair costs. They were also going to charge me July rent on top of that because I did not submit a 30-day notice on the 1st (wasn't planning to be forced to leave!) but I guess they have SOME compassion toward human beings. While trying to resolve the issue with Stephanie, she continued to talk over me, roll her eyes, & was so unprofessional & rude. I do the same thing she does for a living and would NEVER treat any of my residents the way she does. I feel this was ridiculously extreme & plan to spread the word. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE EMOTIONAL & FINANCIAL STRESS & RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE...ANYWHERE ELSE.
