The people that live above me in my so called 'luxury' apartment are so loud that I hear everything that goes on in their lives, including domestic violence, tossing furniture around, playing games of run around the apartment, and stomping. The leasing office responds by sending them a letter saying that someone has complained. That's it. BIG HELP! I've called the police, who respond by saying, What are we supposed to do about it? So fucking annoying
