Time Warner/AOL are a truly horrrible combo as far as broadband or telephone service goes. When anything goes wrong, it takes half an hour just to talkjust to a live person and that person immediately says, 'that's a Time-Warner problem, call them or that's an AOL problem, call them. When you finally do get the right company, most of the time the information given is totalll wrong! I think AOL has too many customers, it is tortortously slow to get to you e-mail using phone lines now and often, your computer shuts down half way thru an email and you have to start the slow process of getting back on line all over again. Please AOL, start adding phone lines and hiring more people or go out of business because that is what is going to happen!
