AOL Vendors

I think AOL should screen the vendors that advertise on their site. I have been scammed by a character drawing establishment and I am PO'd. I dont want to release the name yet but i will very shortly. They CLAIM a turnaround in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 12 days. Why cant you trust anyone online anymore?
