AOL Broadband is a big joke where after you make an order it takes 6-7 weeks to get connected. The delivery of the Broadband modem takes 4 weeks because AOL is a cheap company that does not care about its customers and require 48 hours from one of their managers to call the angry customer back!!! they simply do not care about their customer (customer last!!) Be careful and never get hooked on their lie about AOL Broadband
