For the last 45 minutes or so, I have been attempting to contact AOL via my computer. It really is quite simple. Their free service is lousy and bogus. When I attempt to get online, the favorite message from AOL is that the 'program is not responding'. Then I attempt to 'cancel' this attempt to get online. My entire computer freezes. Is't that lovely? Then I tried to find an email address for AOL. Guess what? It is nearly impossible. I can find out all sorts of things about how wonderful AOL is. But, alas, no help. PLEASE, PLEASE AOL, READ THIS. SOME BORED EMPLOYEE OF AOL READ THIS; MAKE IT EASIER TO GET ONLINE. IF YOUR SERVICE ISN'T REALLY FREE, STOP ADVERTISING THAT IT IS FREE. AND MOST IMPORTANT, WHEN I DO ATTEMPT TO TELEPHONE YOU, STOP HAVING YOUR EMPLOYEES BOMBARD ME WITH ALL THE OTHER 'GOODIES' YOU CAN PROVIDE FOR ME AT 'SUCH LOW AND WONDERFUL FEES'. i ALSO AM TIRED OF ATTEMPTING TO DISCUSS COMPUTER PROBLEMS WITH ANYONE YOU HAVE OUTSOURCED TO - THEY CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH; THEY BARELY COMPREHEND ENGLISH. PLEASE LET'S GET THE JOBS BACK TO THIS COUNTRY. WOULDN'T THAT BE A NOVEL NEW IDEA - JOBS AVAILABLE IN THE COMPUTER INDUSTRY TO REAL, LIVE, AMERICANS?????? HAVE A GREAT DAY.
