Customer service has really gone downhill at America online. For 2 months in a row I was billed a $32.00 cancellation fee despite still being a customer. The first time it was refunded in 3 days. This time they told me there was no charge for cancellation fee on my account. After speaking to a supervisor, I was told they would look into it. That will take 3 days! I'm looking into a new ISP while they look into my account!
