i'm 29 1/2 years old a have struggled with eating disorders (mainly anorexia) since I was 13. I was sick all last week and didnt eat or drink anything for 6 days. finally agreed to go to the er to get rehydrated and still refusing to eat. my fiance knows about my past and made sure i ate but i have been hiding my food and giving my dogs my food. so im back down to 103lbs (im only 5'2") and now im obsessed with losing weight again. im home all day so i dont have to eat until later. its so aggrivating that im doing this again and making the same bad choices yet i cant stop. is there no end to the cycle? i though i was over it but i guess i was wrong?

You can go for long periods of time without food, I've managed 40 day fasts for reasons unrelated to weight loss. You need loads of water, always.
