annoying telemarketer

I am on the do not call list. Have been for little over a year. A company- National Benefit 9549700393 does not seem to understand. The last week of August I was called 3 times. I told them 2 times put me on their list. The first week of September I was called 3-4 times and again I told them to put me on the list. On September 12th they called several times, I didn't answer the phone. On September 13th they have called me 6 times. I didn't answer the phone the first 4. Or if I answered the phone I just picked it up and put it back down. On the 5th time I didn't give no one time to speak. I just told them I had told them 3 times the week before and 2 times last week to put me on their do not call list. They hung up before I was finished telling them to put me on their do not call list again. They still called me twice after that. How can I get rid of these people?
