Why is it that people that take there dogs out side to go to the bathroom find it nessecary to let their dog go to the bathroom on everyone elses propery,except their own,and don't have the respect to pick it up as the law requires. My family and I have to walk around these 'land minds' every time we walk to our cars.People need to spend only a few seconds to clean up after their pets. I know there are more important problems in the world but when you have to deal with this problem every day,it tends to really make you mad.
