Animal Collectors

It is disturbing and horrifying that people obtain and keep animals as pets who are not equiped to care properly for them. Horses need FOOD and their feet trimmed and other care. Cats need deworming, vaccinations, spay/neutering. So do dogs...but too many people don't do any of this...they say they 'love their pets' but they keep getting more and more to the point they cannot care for any of their animals!
