So it turns out that when the little ol' lady I work with sometimes makes a painfully trans-phobic joke or thirty about the new girl, whom to my knowledge is just another lady who is simply unfeminine in any respect, all it makes me want to do is punch an old lady. Also, as a grown-ass man, it turns out that the word, "It," when used in the context of, "I know! I'll take a picture of it with my iPhone! That way I can google it!" during a ten minute tirade with the punch line being, "Haha, it's a tranny!" will make me physically cringe every time I hear it and wonder just how bad an assault charge would be...

Can't. We work in manufacturing, too noisy in the shop and she's kept her mouth shut outside of those areas. I really don't think the red state I live in really gives two s***s about it either for the legal standpoint, I don't even think we have anyone running to get same-sex marriage legal yet.
