Amstrade emailer phone

Since getting the Amstrad emailer phone my phone bills have increased. Becasue the phone dials itself and charges me 20p each time, can't get it tuned off. will have to disconnect the phone and lose all my names and address. very incovenient. I don't want to make Alan sugar more millions!
