American Express Fill it up card for Toyota Dealer

Toyota hired American Express to provide Fill it up cards as an incentive for a $1000 gas card in May, 2006. to date only about 1/3 of the cards have been sent to new owners of Toyota Corolla LE's. The expected delivery date was June 21, 2006, which is now five weeks past due!!!! I was one of the very first to purchase my car on 5/15/06...and still have no card after NUMEROUS calls to the dealership, who in turn have contacted the dealership regional managers. NO one has an answer to this dilemna other than today I am told by American Express that they ran out of cards! So..America... don't buy American Express anything~!~
