American airlines is VERY rude and is not willing to help when you are put in a bind, they will not accomodate to you as the customer, no matter how frequent you are to them. I am VERY unsatisfied with the level of service I recieved when traveling from Chicago, and when told that they lost a customer, they said 'OK'...very unfortunate to pay someone $400 per flight and be treated like crap!
