Yeah you at Amazon.com are you totally stupid or something do you hang out with that group of people at Microsoft and People PC and AOL that are always fixing that which Is not broke and not fixing that which Is broke making things more complicated, did you ever think of asking the Customers what They want? Why do you add canceled order because shipping cost was to high with recent order having to delete all the canceled orders one by one out of the recent orders and of course with People PC Internet service and Windstream phone service that takes forever
