My dad is dying. Today he told me he is leaving all his money to charity and while I get his house, if I sell it all proceeds with go to a charity for animals. I can't argue with a man who is withering away into nothing, and what he did I guess is an act of generosity but all I feel is shafted and angry how this decision is limiting my life.

Things get more complicated as you get older. It's sad my dad is dying but that is an expected part of life. The money was something I needed to fulfill obligations to my own family. For him to choose to give it to dogs, and not his blood is wrong and disappointing. He's not religious but I do not see how this is so nice anyway. I would never do that to my kids.

Anyways your pops seems to have alot of money, can't you find some of his stuff and sell it? I guess being upper class is difficult my middle ones pretty simple (SORRY IF I AFFEND ANYONE!!!)
