i am a disables lady 62 years, i moved here in hud section 8 had problems ever since damages to my car went to police more than once, 80 year old man next door sexy trying to abuse me, i went to the landlord only to find out this is there uncle , he watches me all the time, from his windows & garrage when i go out always some one comes in , doing damage to a newly renovated moble home. i pay 400.00 a month , i met a man on the internet who moved me up here, i was taken for my art work, an when i complanned to him , car damage then old man started on me , the owners are related to the man who brought me here, her brother, i found my door wide open when i tryed to help her brother cause he had a heart attack, she called an asked me to go in the middle of the night. when i arrived home all doors open she tolsd me i must have left them that way. i go to mental health for reaons off being homless an on street since 2003 -2005 an now here , when they come in they have hurt my dogs by piching his ear as it was black an blue, he barks a lot, i am so scared here with no one to help me i do not know where to turn any more. they got in my car they have keys an even tho she put new looks on , still they are in here, can i put a lock of my own on in the event of all this .i was staking picturers of my car an damges an he told me if this is bothering so you can move we will not hold it against you. i told him this is my persoanl property an no one has a right to touch it, then things got cut up in my house using my small knifes an some looks like used sand paper in new sink an now to day i went to store an my shoes left at home have same cuts on them , her brother has moved in a mobile home down the hill , i do not know what or where to turn , feel like i am going crazy here. it was a perffect place fence in for my pets nice inside , how do i stop improper intering she is not doing it she is a wonderful person. however when they want a place you get harrazard out. can some please tell me how to catch them her brother said he was going to get a camra then said i think there done with you now. i refused to do his house work an he got mad . i need help i am all alone here. please
