Altel and Wal-Mart

Altel and Wal-Mart are advertising cell phones (Kyocera KX 16) that do not have the features,Downloadable ringtones,mp3, that they're advertised as being capable of. now I'm stuck with a phone and 2 year contract that Alltel baciscially said 'Tuff' . Be careful when buying Altel phones at Wal-mart
