Allcare Medical rip off

Last summer I rented a mobility scooter for my disabled husband from Allcare Medical in New Jersey. I had to give them my credit card number but paid them in cash when we returned the scooter. A year later they send me a bill saying I owe them for the scooter rental. Their customer service was non-existant. They were rude and could care less that I was upset for getting a bill for something I had paid for a year ago. I no longer have the paid receipt so I am stuck paying for the scooter once more. They couldn't answer me when I asked them why did they need my credit card image at the time I rented the scooter or why an entire year went by before they sent me a bill if I did not pay. They are just taking advantage of the disabled for their own profit.
