i purchased a computer from alienware because they have a cool alien case. that is the only thing that is cool about this company. the computer was delayed for about 3 weeks after they said it will ship on a specific date. the customer support gives you a run around. the computer came with a $100.00 rebate; i never recieved the rebate after making about 100 phone calls on a daily basis. they told me i would get the rebate but never came thru. tech support sucks, they refuse to help unless you pay them more money. this company is located in miami and i believe the support staff is located in another south american country. nedless to say, they have no clue and never offer and help. they are good at putting you off. i will never reccommend or purchase from this company again. they blow
