Alberta WCB Provides Substandard Care

The Alberta WCB provides substandard care, paying providers half the going rate, which in turn leaves workers crippled. The WCB is a law unto itself, being in control of everything including appeals and adjudication of their own dicisions, declaring themselves correct in every case. As they are protected by government legislation but at an arms length from the government, they do not fulfill their own mandates but instead line the pockets of unscrupulous health providers. These providers get a service contract because of low initial rates but provide up selling of other services at substantially higher rates but of inferior quality. The only ones to benefit from treatment at Alberta WCB approved treatment facilities are the parent companies of these filthy substandard facilities.
