I am appalled at the lack of respect given to airport parking companies who operate with customer care, efficiently and effectively, during the programme 'Holidays Undercover', aired last night 05 09 06. At least a statement should have been made that not all companies are the same. The spokesperson made comments that could affect other businesses, passing his personal views without offering a proviso that 'not all businesses are the same'.
